- Written quote. Square footage, thickness, PSI mix, rebar or mesh, base prep, disposal fee, permit fee if needed. All on paper.
- Schedule set in writing. You get a start date and an end date. We hit both.
- We do the work. Our own crew, our own trucks. No subs.
- Walk-through and warranty. You inspect it before we roll off the property. If anything is off, we fix it. Written warranty on every residential slab.
